Saria from clothing department and all her girl Jen, Melissa ad Brittany are AWESOME, they really should take careof them because of them people come back to buy more clothing they know you by first name and always come out of the counter to greet you with a hug and they really care, yes is there job but they go above and beyond and should be compensated accordingly so they stay working there forever, Parts CJ and the other guys also go out of there way at all times, Mike the sales manager and Garret in sales along with the other guys are awesome too. "Quaid Temecula is a true professional dealership. The staff is very polite and curteous. My wife and i like it there so much that we normally go there atleast every other weekend, for the cook out of hotdogs and hamburgers from the local HOG chapter and to meet new people. Chris, Jenn, Filomena, and Kacy are the ones we always go to because we feel very comfortable around them. Chris, always with a smile, is very upfront and honest about everything with what your looking for in a bike, and is not pushy at all. He just wants to make sure you leave happy even though it is after closing hours. If you have a question he has a answer, and i havent stumped him yet. Jenn is the go to lady for my wife for clothing. If they dont have it there she will look for it online or in the book and give you a answer right away. Filomena is always takeing time out of her busy schedule just to swing by and say hello and see how you are doing. Kacy is always helping me answer my questions, and showing me whats available for me and my wifes harleys. "As a new resident to Temecula I was not familiar with having to make a formal appointment to have my Road King serviced. I mentioned to the service associate the I'm a transplanted customer from Fullerton Harley and they never made me make an appointment to service my bike and that they do not guarantee same day service and that Fullerton Harley calls you when your bike is ready. After my comment the young man Kevin with a polite and professional bearing stated that if I just want to leave my bike he will check it in and he probably will have the bike ready in 4 or 5 days and I was happy to leave my bike for the few days. "

"Sales has always been upfront with me. They don't try to BS you and they don't bait you....that's what I like about them. As far as the Service Department, about a year ago I bought a brand new trike from San Diego H-D...I had some problems with it and when I called San Diego H-D, they said if I could bring it in they would look at it. I called Quaid Temecula Harley-Davidson and they drove 75 miles to where I was at in San Diego, brought a battery and a new key fob, fixed my problem on the spot and said thank you! Filomena set that up for me. You can't ask for better service than that!"

"I bought 3 motorcycles in the last month from Quaid Temecula Harley-Davidson! I went in mid-July to buy a Super Glide as a surprise for my wife’s birthday and everyone was really helpful. My wife and I had rented motorcycles from them several times, so she could figure out which model she liked best. For her birthday, we decided to rent again and ride up to Big Bear. But before we picked up the rentals, I bought the bike for her and had the gang at Quaid Temecula slip it into the rental line. They told her the bike she originally wanted to rent was gone, but they had this brand new Super Glide that just came into the rental fleet. She was happy to “rent” the new Super Glide. When we got up to Big Bear, I handed her the owner’s manual to her new Super Glide! She was flabbergasted! It was really cool how everyone at Quaid Temecula got on board with the surprise! After a few weeks, I decided I needed a new bike, too, so I bought a CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide. I love it! A couple weeks later, I took my 81 year old dad down and convinced him to buy a trike. I haven’t seen him so excited in a long time! Filomena is a real sweetheart and Rick helped out a lot, too. Everyone has been super and it was a very enjoyable experience!"

"I have been a customer of Quaid Harley Davidson for almost 10 years...My most recent experience was buying a 2012 Ultra Trike.. I dealt directly with Filomena Powers..I have been talking to her for several months about a Trike...I was having difficulty deciding to go from two wheels to three wheels.. For me it was a big decision....She always listened to me as I tried to justify the change...She always listened never pushing me to make the decision...After I made the purchase Garrett Heller went over the bike with me and it was after closing time before he was finished. He made sure I was comfortable with it before I rode it home.. I have been back two or three times to ask him about things I was not certain about.. He was always there to answer my questions..Always happy to help...The service department manager is Mark..He has always been courteous and helpful whenever I had any questions about my bikes...I have recommended Quaids service department to all my friends and others with whom I come in contact with...Kelly in parts is another employee I have dealt with over the years, and Sahria is the clothing manager.. She is great too..Always smiling and ready to help..They are all just great people.....Everyone at Quaid has been great...!!!"
